After 15 years of construction experience among industry leaders, Bent Construction's owner and founder, Bentley (Ben) Bradley imagined a company that meets a unique need: a modern construction company that focuses on industry-leading preconstruction and construction management services available to all commercial projects of all sizes including tenant buildout and renovation projects.

Ben began as a Civil Engineer focusing on concrete research and development after a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. Ben entered the commercial construction industry in Chicago and worked for one of the world's largest construction management firms. For 10 years, Ben managed preconstruction and construction projects ranging from high-rise commercial office buildings and tenant improvements to complex hospital renovations and research lab buildings. In search of warmer weather, Ben relocated to Jacksonville and transferred to work with the Southeast's largest commercial and healthcare contractor. After 5 years of managing that company’s Jacksonville’s preconstruction operations, Bent Construction was launched in 2016.
